Job Title: Salesman in the Tourism Industry

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on the challenge of selling tourism services. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders in the tourism industry.
  • Sales and business development, including identifying new business opportunities and developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Having a thorough understanding of the tourism services being sold, including features, benefits, and how they solve customer problems.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prioritizing leads, managing schedules efficiently, and following up on prospects consistently.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as active listening to understand customer needs.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, able to convince customers of the value of a product or service.
  • In-depth understanding of the tourism services being sold, including features, benefits, and how they solve customer problems.
  • Customer service skills, empathy and patience when interacting with customers.
  • Adaptability, ability to adjust approaches based on different customers and situations.
