
Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a sales professional with a deep understanding of the tourism industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders in the tourism industry.
- Sales and business development, including identifying new business opportunities and developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Having a thorough understanding of the tourism services being sold, including features, benefits, and how they solve customer problems.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Prioritizing leads, managing schedules efficiently, and following up on prospects consistently.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as active listening to understand customer needs.
- Able to convince customers of the value of a product or service and skillful negotiation to close deals that are beneficial for both parties.
- In-depth understanding of the tourism services being sold, including features, benefits, and how they solve customer problems.
- Customer service skills, empathy and patience when interacting with customers.
- Adaptability, ability to adjust approaches based on different customers and situations.
