Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing sales activities such as selecting materials, providing detailed consultations, and communicating with architects or contractors.

You will manage customer demands and expectations through negotiation, provide information on specification submittals, technical reports, regulations, test and certification details, installation guidelines, pricing, and availability.

Apart from maintaining accurate records and documentation in Excel and Salesforce CRM, including sales targets, client data, quotes, and growth opportunities, you will also attend sales and planning meetings, presentations, seminars, site visits, and industry exhibitions.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have knowledge of creating sales forecasts, identifying growth areas, and analyzing sales performance data. A deep understanding of the market, product applications, and awareness of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards is also essential.

Additionally, you should possess excellent time management and planning skills, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, flexibility regarding working hours, travel, and being away from home. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an innovative mindset with a strong analytical capacity, results-oriented, driven, dynamic, and persistent.

You must be able to work effectively as part of a team and possess proficiency in software such as Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce, etc.
