Product Listing Manager Role Overview

We're an e-commerce company specializing in print-on-demand products with a dynamic and rapidly growing business model.

As the Product Listing Manager, you'll oversee the team responsible for creating and optimizing all product listings. Your primary goal is to ensure our products are launched efficiently, accurately, and optimized for maximum visibility and sales.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the team of Listing Strategists and Listing Executives to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Establish weekly and monthly targets for the number of new products to be listed and optimized.
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of the listing department to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Serve as the final point of quality control, reviewing and approving new listing templates and strategies before implementation.
  • Continuously analyze and improve the listing creation process to increase speed and reduce errors.
  • Ensure all listings comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a team leadership or management role.
  • A proven track record of managing high-volume product listings on major platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and WooCommerce.
  • Expert-level knowledge of E-commerce SEO and specific ranking algorithms.
  • Strong Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze listing performance data and make strategic decisions to enhance results.
  • Process Management: Experience in creating, documenting, and optimizing complex workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with e-commerce backend systems and listing management software.
