Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales and business development for cardiac medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and a proven track record in the healthcare or medical device industry.

Location: Peshawar

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:
  1. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for cardiac medical devices within the assigned territory.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and business growth.
Market Development:
  1. Identify and cultivate relationships with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, hospitals, and other key stakeholders in both private and public sectors.
  2. Lead efforts to expand the adoption of cardiac medical devices, including angiography, angioplasty, and electrophysiology solutions.
Account Management:
  1. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  2. Handle key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or requirements effectively.
Tender Management:
  1. Oversee tender submissions and manage contracts in coordination with procurement teams and hospital management.
Technical Expertise:
  1. Provide product demonstrations and technical training to healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage of devices.
  2. Support cardiac procedures, such as electrophysiology (EP) cases, by offering on-site technical assistance.
Team Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Collaborate with distributors and partners to strengthen the company's market presence.
Compliance:
  1. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all sales and marketing activities.

Requirements:

  1. Education:
  2. Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering (BME), Pharmacy (Pharm D), Life Sciences, or Business Administration (MBA/BBA).
  3. Advanced degrees or certifications in sales/marketing are a plus.
  4. Experience:
  5. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on cardiac medical devices or cardiology-related healthcare solutions.
