Technical Lead for IT Development

About the Role:

This is a highly challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user requirements to identify opportunities for new software programs and develop technical specifications for their creation.
  • Design and write new software programs, including creating test plans and working with computer coding languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Test and evaluate new programs to ensure they meet required standards, identifying areas for modification and integration with existing software products.
  • Investigate new technologies and implement them into existing systems, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility.
  • Work closely with project managers, graphic artists, designers, developers, systems analysts, and sales and marketing professionals to deliver high-quality results.
  • Consult with clients and colleagues on software system maintenance and performance, asking questions to clarify details and implement information.
  • Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending courses, reading manuals, and accessing new applications.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
