We are seeking a skilled Property Asset Manager to join our team. This is an ongoing contract, full-time position that requires someone comfortable with high email and call volumes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Resolve tenant issues during tenancy by listening to concerns and providing effective solutions.
  • Communicate property status updates to landlords in a timely manner.
  • Field questions from potential buyers via email, phone, and text, showcasing the features of each property.
  • Assist new owners with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Explain our company's process to interested sellers, highlighting the benefits of working with us.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Prior experience working remotely and handling high-volume tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced environments with strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in technology, including productivity software and tools.
  • A quiet workspace with good internet connectivity.
