Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage our office operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling: Coordinate with departments to ensure timely scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
  2. Correspondence: Handle correspondence, documentation, and supplies in an efficient manner.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records, regulatory documents, and SOPs.
  4. Procurement: Assist in handling procurement, vendor management, and inventory records.
  5. Reporting: Ensure timely submission of reports, regulatory filings, and audits.
  6. Budgeting: Monitor administrative budgets and handle petty cash as required.
  7. Compliance: Liaise with government and regulatory bodies for licensing, compliance, and inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Good communication and organizational abilities
  • Basic understanding of office and administrative procedures
  • Comfortable using computers and office equipment
