Job Description:

  • This role involves handling questions about orders, shipping, tracking, returns and refunds with speed and accuracy.
  • You'll deliver a personalized experience that reflects each brand's voice, values and standards.
  • The successful candidate will record and share feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes.
  • They'll partner with the internal team to align on trends, performance and ways to level up the customer journey.
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, customer service or sales support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with multitasking in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and solution-focused.
