Lead Generation Specialist Role

We seek a seasoned lead generation professional to spearhead our team's initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lead generation, with a proven track record of crafting effective strategies to drive qualified leads.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute lead generation plans to attract, capture, and qualify potential leads for our products/services.
  2. Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads, leveraging various tools, platforms, and industry networks.
  3. Optimize lead funnels and develop lead scoring models to enhance targeting and conversion rates.
  4. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to synchronize lead-generation efforts with business objectives.
  • Email Marketing Responsibilities:
  1. Design, create, and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, including automated email sequences for lead nurturing, newsletters, and promotional emails.
  2. Develop segmented email lists and personalized email content to ensure relevant messaging for different audience groups.
  3. Perform A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and email content to optimize campaign performance.
  4. Track and report on email marketing KPIs, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Content Creation & Optimization Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the content team to craft compelling email copy and visual elements that resonate with our target audience.
  2. Ensure all email content aligns with brand guidelines and is optimized for mobile and desktop devices.
  3. Continuously monitor and improve email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with email marketing regulations.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, email marketing, or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tools and techniques, with proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, with a creative flair for engaging email content.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with email analytics tools, data visualization, and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing to enhance lead generation strategies.
