We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Operations Specialist.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services in HR operations, with a focus on employee relations and process improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include managing medical insurance, supporting office activities, and acting as an escalation point for managed services. You will also be responsible for providing insights to talent consultants, managing all HR matters, and ensuring the delivery of key operational areas such as PIPs and Exits.

To succeed in this role, you will need 4+ years of experience in HR operations, a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, and excellent communication skills. You should also be proficient in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
