Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Training and Development Specialist to support the execution of training initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of our teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating Training Sessions: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and delivery of training sessions and workshops to ensure maximum engagement and participation.
  • Developing Training Materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training materials, manuals, and presentations that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Maintaining Training Records: Accurately maintain training records, attendance logs, and feedback reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supporting Onboarding: Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Communication and Logistics: Handle training-related communications and logistics, including coordinating with internal trainers and external facilitators.
  • Evaluating Training Effectiveness: Collect and compile participant feedback to assess training effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a training, HR, or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), and a basic understanding of training principles and adult learning concepts.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working from our office location in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
