Employee Learning and Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Employee Learning and Development Officer to enhance our organization's learning culture. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at their best.

This is a mid-level position ideal for candidates with some prior training experience who are looking to take the next step in their professional journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute training programs and learning initiatives that meet employee needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and departmental leads to identify employee learning needs.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Track, record, and maintain training participation and completion data using LMS tools.
  • Assist in developing training content, manuals, and digital learning materials.
  • Analyze post-training feedback to assess learning impact and areas for improvement.
  • C coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with learning trends and suggest innovative approaches to improve employee development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a training or development role.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LMS or e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR or L&D certifications such as CIPD Level 3, SHRM-CP, or relevant short courses in instructional design or training.
Work Environment:

Office-based work environment.
