Job Title: Business Technology Leader

Masters degree in Commerce, Economics or MBA Finance with at least 14 years of experience is required. The candidate must have a minimum of 04 years of relevant experience as a Functional / Team Lead in Oracle ERP Environment.

Relevant certification is preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the lifecycle of finance related modules, including selection, implementation, installation, testing, customization and maintenance of enterprise software for finance.
  • Take initiatives to implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Evaluate ERP finance modules to ensure they meet business requirements and are aligned with objectives and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop long-term strategic plans regarding ERP to achieve overall business goals.
  • Implement new software or systems to ensure compatibility with existing technology.
  • Resolve finance module and system related issues on a timely basis.
  • Manage end user requirements and expectations of ERP finance modules.
  • Analyze current finance systems considering emerging technological developments and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with user departments to implement recommendations and finalize approvals from departmental heads.
  • Develop new modules based on approved suggestions and provide necessary training to user departments.
  • Provide technical support to end users in a timely manner for smooth business continuity.
