Account Management and Digital Marketing Role

This role involves managing key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

The successful candidate will have strong client management, reporting, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and nurture key client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  2. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  3. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  4. Develop and support the creation of marketing materials and digital content.
  5. Oversee projects to ensure timely completion and high quality standards.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. 2-3 years' experience in account management or digital marketing (agency or e-commerce background preferred).
  3. Strong client management, reporting, and analytical skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
