Transforming finance for global success requires more than technical prowess. As a Financial Management Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable financial solutions that meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, encompassing architecture, design, and implementation. They will also possess strong knowledge of financial consolidation, reporting, intercompany accounting, and regulatory compliance processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) solutions for global financial consolidation and reporting
  • Collaborating with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure compliance and regulatory standards
  • Defining and maintaining metadata, hierarchies, business rules, and integration processes across HFM and connected systems (ERP, data warehouses, reporting tools)
  • Overseeing the end-to-end financial close process automation, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation adjustments
  • Partnering with technical teams to develop integrations between HFM, Oracle EBS, and other enterprise applications

Becoming an expert in this role demands specific qualifications. These include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, including architecture, design, and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, reporting, intercompany accounting, and regulatory compliance processes
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or other ERP systems integration
  • Proficiency in metadata management, Smart View, FDMEE, and financial data integrations
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
