Senior Associate Position

A senior finance professional with extensive system, process and policy knowledge who provides timely advisory support and partners with other functions to address business issues.

The Senior Associate role combines on-demand financial advisory support with proactive outreach based on financial metrics and exception reporting.

This position covers all MENA region and contributes to the wider Service Line finance team to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet regularly with the regional service line team to oversee analytics processes and identify engagement teams requiring outreach.
  • Provide guidance on local policy and leading practices.
  • Facilitate training for client-serving teams on effective financial management practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues across borders, service lines, and industries.
  • Coach and problem-solve with more junior team members to develop their skills.
Analytical and Decision-Making Responsibilities
  • Use strong analytical skills to identify partners/engagement teams needing outreach and maintain strong relationships with the regional SL team.
  • Make timely, accurate decisions to ensure responses are provided on a one-stop basis where possible.
  • Guide new users with empathy and soft skills to achieve the best outcomes for end-users.

  • Minimum two years' experience in a client-driven professional environment in a financial/business capacity.

  • Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
