Data Scientist Role

Join a data-driven organization as a Senior Data Scientist to drive business outcomes and customer experience through analytics and AI.

We're looking for an experienced and innovative professional with strong expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, and data architecture to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems (recommendation systems, forecasting, classification, etc.)
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to define data needs and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing
  • Design scalable data science pipelines and integrate models into production environments
  • Communicate insights and results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Continuously monitor model performance and suggest improvements
  • Explore new algorithms and techniques to improve current systems

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning roles
  • Strong experience with Python, SQL, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and/or TensorFlow/PyTorch
  • Deep understanding of statistical modeling, supervised/unsupervised learning, and feature engineering
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven decisions
