Job Opportunity: Direct Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to promote and sell high-quality products directly to end consumers.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in direct-to-consumer sales, fieldwork, and product demonstrations within the construction industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales & Account Management: Drive direct sales of products to consumers by building strong relationships with individual customers and retail outlets.
  2. Field Visits & Customer Engagement: Conduct regular field visits to meet consumers and dealers to understand their needs and offer product solutions.
  3. Product Expertise: Be a subject-matter expert on products, including technical aspects and application methods, to effectively communicate with customers and influence purchasing decisions.
  4. Customer Support & Service: Provide excellent post-sales support, troubleshooting, and consultations to ensure customer satisfaction with the product.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in direct-to-consumer sales or sales within the construction industry.
  2. Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of construction products and practices.
  3. Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive direct-to-consumer sales and hit targets. Proven experience in customer engagement and relationship-building.
  4. Effective Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical product information to consumers in a clear and persuasive manner.
  5. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve product-related issues, and offer practical solutions in a professional manner.
  6. Travel: Willingness to travel to meet customers and conduct product demonstrations.
