Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at IBSTEC. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and performance-driven campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). They will plan and execute performance-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable results, monitor and analyze social media performance and user engagement, create compelling content and creative assets for social media posts and paid campaigns, write persuasive and engaging ad copy for social media and other digital platforms, optimize social media ad budgets and campaigns to maximize ROI, collaborate with the content and design teams to align marketing efforts, and track and analyze digital marketing metrics to continually improve campaign performance.
