- Negotiating Terms and Finalizing Contracts: Ensure a smooth handoff to the partnerships team for onboarding and negotiate win-win deals.">
- Building Long-Term Relationships: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of our platform within partnered institutions.">
- Expanding Existing Partnerships: Identify opportunities for upselling or introducing new features and services.">
- Staying Ahead of Emerging Trends: Participate in educational conferences, webinars, and networking events to increase our visibility and attract potential partners.">
- Tracking Key Performance Indicators: Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to business development efforts.">
- Leading Business Development: Lead the business development function, including hiring and managing Business Development Executives or additional sales staff.">

- Awareness of the Academic Ecosystem: Familiarity with the academic ecosystem, including decision-making processes within colleges and universities.">
- Bachelor's Degree: Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).">
- Business Development Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the education sector or EdTech.">
