Partnerships Manager
Role Summary:
The Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Waseela's partnerships strategy across national and regional levels. This includes managing existing partners, planning partnerships for expansion into upcoming districts, mobilizing resources, and supporting the field partnership teams. The role demands strategic planning, operational execution, and strong relationship management to ensure Waseela's ecosystem continues to thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing relationships with national and regional partners across verticals (e.g., Kisaan Dukaan, Paidawar, Doodh).
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners to support Waseela's operational and strategic goals.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop partnership plans for upcoming districts in line with Waseela's geographic expansion strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and gaps in service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to design initiatives that maximize partner engagement and farmer benefits.
- Support the district and regional field officers in identifying, onboarding, and managing local partners.
- Define KPIs to measure the success of partnerships, onboarding criteria, market intelligence initiatives, and feedback systems.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership outcomes, field team performance, and resource utilization for review by the Head of Partnerships.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Must Haves
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to field locations as required.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably in the agriculture or FMCG sector.
