Financial Operations Manager

The role of a Financial Operations Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring seamless execution of month-end and year-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accounts Payable/Receivable Management: Accurately process invoices, payments, and credit notes to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  2. Cash Receipts and Treasury Management: Coordinate cash receipts, manage treasury functions, and ensure timely payment of bills.
  3. General Ledger Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, facilitating informed business decisions.
  4. Payroll and Utilities Administration: Manage payroll processing, utility bill payments, and related administrative tasks.
  5. Budgeting and Cash Forecasting: Develop and maintain budgets, prepare cash forecasts, and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Revenue and Expenditure Variance Analysis: Conduct regular variance analysis to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
  7. Capital Assets Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile capital assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Annual Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful completion of annual audits.
  9. Tax Filing Support: Assist in collecting data for tax filing purposes, ensuring timely submission of returns.
