Job Overview:

We seek an experienced AI/ML Developer to join our team and contribute to developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using deep learning architectures, reinforcement learning, and traditional ML techniques.
  • Work on projects involving image recognition, object detection, facial recognition, speech processing, and NLP applications.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions for IoT applications, analyzing sensory data from connected devices.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data for ML model training and validation.
  • Deploy ML models into production using MLOps tools, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and real-time performance.
  • Monitor model performance, retrain, and fine-tune models as needed.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to integrate AI/ML solutions into end-user applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and OpenCV.
  • Expertise in ML algorithms, neural networks (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with object detection, segmentation, OCR, and NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face).
  • Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and distributed computing tools (Apache Spark, Hadoop).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in IoT, working with sensor data, edge AI, and embedded AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of probability, linear algebra, optimization, and statistics.
  • Able to analyze complex problems and design innovative AI solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a passion for AI innovation.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
  • Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, LLMs).
  • Knowledge of robotics and autonomous systems.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity in AI/ML applications.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
