Financial Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide financial guidance and support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Finance Manager in preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Develop and implement budgets to ensure legal compliance by tracking expenses and managing accounting processes.
  3. Report research results, coordinate activities, motivate team members, and manage financial processes to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
  4. Manage funds and supervise the timely recovery of receivables to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Prepare comprehensive financial plans for one, three, and five years by analyzing historical data, developing trends, making assumptions, and examining management plans.
  2. Demonstrate expertise in International Accounting Standards (IAS) and apply them effectively in your work.
  3. Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills in English to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  4. Display a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles, showcasing ability to prepare accurate cash flows and financial forecasts.
