Leading Financial Operations Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the efficient management of accounts payable, general ledger, and project accounting.
About the Role
- Manage and supervise the accounts payable department and staff to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
- Develop and implement effective systems, policies, and procedures to optimize financial performance.
- Oversee all tax-related processes, including AM taxation, to ensure proper tax withholding and clearing of tax GLs.
- Maintain accurate financial expenditures records and provide regular reports to supervisors as needed.
- Monitor payment transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Standardize procedures to generate efficiency and create internal templates for use by the team.
- Prioritize customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Analyze and minimize payable aging and advances in aging to improve financial performance.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries and issues within the team.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with financial software and systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
