We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VoIP System Engineer to join our team. As a VoIP System Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Asterisk, Free PBX, Vicidial, and related VoIP software platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Asterisk, Free PBX, Vicidial, and other VoIP software platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, call quality, and network connectivity.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VoIP systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients, assisting with inquiries, problem resolution, and system enhancements.
  • Conduct regular system audits and apply necessary updates, patches, and security measures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for VoIP systems and protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in VoIP technology and recommend improvements or optimizations to enhance system performance and reliability.
