Telephone Support Associate

This job is focused on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing exceptional service to customers over the phone.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu, strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification would be beneficial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Provide product information, answer questions and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
