Job Title: Store Sales Associate

Our retail store is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
  • Process all transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit payments
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
  • Ensure that all prices and quantities are accurate on products
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Keep the checkout area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a sales associate or in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu
  • Strong mathematical skills to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors
  • Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
