Business Process Improvement Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to enable business units to implement a framework and culture for process excellence. As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will support them in balancing process management on a daily basis with a drive for improvement of process effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and Policy Development: Support the timely development and review of processes, ensuring 100% alignment and compliance with standard document structure and template.
  • Process and Policy Documentation and Archiving: Ensure all documents received have necessary approvals from designated authorities and maintain a 100% approval record.
  • TAWAL PK Maturity Roadmap: Consolidate achievement data from stakeholders against Quick-wins, Mid-term, and Long-term objectives and share consolidated achievement data with Internal Audit.
  • Tawal PK 2025 Sustainability Strategy – Charters & Execution: Consolidate relevant stakeholder data and submit required sustainability data against KPIs to the Group.
  • Process and Policy Support (Europe): Support European POCs in reviewing document structures and standard process and policy templates aligned with HQ guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • 3+ years experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and in TL9000 QMS or ISO certification.
