Telecom Project Delivery Lead

A project manager with telecom expertise is required to oversee the successful delivery of projects from planning to completion.
This includes ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of scope, schedule, quality, and resources.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Telecom Projects OSS/BSS/VAS/IT, a degree in engineering or project management, and experience managing diverse technologies and organizations.
Key responsibilities include leading project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement.
The project manager must also provide support to pre-sales activities, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate effective change management.
Additionally, the project manager will be responsible for establishing long-term relationships with customers, partners, and other external entities, and managing issue and risk resolution during projects.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, people management, planning, budgeting, risk, issue, and project tracking skills, as well as exceptional English oral and written communication skills. They should be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate professionally with customers and third-party companies.
