Huawei is looking for an experienced and highly driven
Sales Director
to lead
strategic customer engagements
within the
operator and enterprise market
. This role focuses on building
C-level relationships
, developing strategic partnerships, driving major project wins, and aligning Huawei's solutions with client business goals.

As a senior leader, you will
own key accounts
, lead negotiations, design commercial models, manage high-value projects, and mentor the sales team. The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience in telecom operator sales, strategic account management, and large-scale project execution
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    CXOs and senior client stakeholders
    .
  • Develop and execute
    strategic account plans
    to drive commercial success for both clients and Huawei.
  • Lead
    end-to-end sales operations
    for large, complex projects, including
    proposal development, negotiations, and delivery oversight
    .
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure
    solution feasibility, delivery excellence, and financial compliance
    .
  • Provide
    insights into customer strategies, business needs, and pain points
    to align Huawei's offerings with client goals.
  • Act as
    Project Director (PD)
    for
    B-level and above
    projects, ensuring execution excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and coach junior client managers, contributing to
    sales capability building
    within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's
    degree in Business, Telecom, or a related field.
  • 8+ years
    of experience in
    direct telecom operator sales
    with proven success in closing large enterprise-level deals.
  • Demonstrated experience in
    building C-level relationships
    and managing
    strategic partnerships
    .
  • Expertise in
    project operations, financial models, and commercial negotiations
    .
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing
    cross-functional and multicultural teams
    .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of
    telecom operator business, enterprise networking, and ICT solutions
    .
