Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Telecom Project Manager to lead the implementation of our project initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, ensuring timely delivery, and managing stakeholder expectations.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project progress, and escalate issues as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 10 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the Telecom industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management within the Telecom sector.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with OSS systems in Performance Management, Fault Management, Configuration Management, Inventory Management, etc.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
