Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.

You will operate as the point of contact for assigned customers, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts. Your goal will be to ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.

You will communicate client needs and demands to our organization, forecasting and tracking client account metrics. You will also manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting our company's objectives.

An ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a polite, friendly, and diplomatic manner. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You will need to be able to generate ideas, prioritize and manage several different tasks at once.

A good understanding of client care is crucial, as well as the ability to work effectively to deadlines. Good motivational skills and common sense and logical thinking are also required.
