Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Sialkot with some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, developing growth strategies, and preparing proposals and presentations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth and meeting set targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development and Sales
  • Strong market research and analytical abilities
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and developing growth strategies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the legal or immigration services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
