**Job Overview:**
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes identifying new business opportunities, monitoring competitor activities, and providing coaching and support to improve sales effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand sales reach.
- Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to gain a competitive edge in the market.
**Team Management & Leadership:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales representatives.
- Set clear performance goals and track team progress to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Provide coaching and support to improve sales effectiveness and achieve customer satisfaction.
**Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals through exceptional customer service.
**Market Expansion & Strategy Execution:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales channels.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost sales and increase brand visibility.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
