Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in a business development (Bidding) role working with software companies.
  • Experience in bidding and getting international digital media projects from online platforms: Upwork, Freelancer, People per Hour, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn and other freelancing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to interact with clients confidently and Ability to understand, extract, interpret and explain client's requirements and manage multiple leads.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Web Development process, Mobile Development, Website Design (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap), WordPress, Graphic Design, etc.
  • Create, develop, and deliver marketing campaigns (Direct mail, email, social media).
  • Analyse previous campaigns to ensure they are achieving positive results and engagement.
  • Write and manage content for the company's website and other online platforms.
  • Lead the digital acquisition program, individual campaigns and project requirements ensuring continual improvement in terms of brand, message, process, communication effectiveness and cost.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and other relevant staff members or clients.
  • Ability to understand, extract, interpret and explain client's requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
  • Performing relevant and fast bidding.
  • Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client.
  • Maintaining very high rating on all platforms.
  • Gathering client requirements, communicating the requirements with the team and delivering the project to the client.
