
Digital Commerce Strategy Manager

At SoftSandila, we're seeking a talented E-Commerce Sales Manager to drive our online revenue growth objectives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious targets by working closely with outside vendors, procurement, marketing, and web development departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Performance Metrics: Develop plans to increase current metrics, analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Webstore Strategy: Define and implement a winning strategy to drive more traffic to Infocus Direct, leveraging expertise in SEO and pay-per-click advertising.
- Sales Reporting: Provide weekly sales volume and margin percentage reports for e-commerce channels, ensuring accurate and timely data.
- E-commerce Channel Evaluation: Assess the current strategic direction of the e-commerce channel and recommend necessary changes to drive growth and profitability.
- Profitability and Sales Targets: Ensure overall profitability and sales revenue targets are met for e-commerce channels, maintaining a keen eye on inventory levels and pricing strategies.
- Inventory Management: Guarantee proper stock levels and pricing meet the needs of e-commerce channels, preventing stockouts and overstocking.
- Technical Requirements: Verify that all links are functioning correctly and the database is up-to-date, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Feedback and Guidance: Provide constructive feedback to Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Vendors on webstore performance, driving continuous improvement.
- Promotional Direction: Offer promotional guidance and pricing recommendations for the webstore, aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Marketing Plan Update: Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the webstore, staying ahead of the competition and adapting to changing market conditions.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Possess a proven sales track record of increasing sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate great organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- SEO Experience: Leverage search engine optimization (SEO) experience to improve webstore visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Pay-per-Click Experience: Utilize pay-per-click experience to optimize ad campaigns and drive conversions.
- e-commerce Experience: Possess e-commerce experience, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and online purchasing habits.
- Business Mathematics: Display a solid grasp of business mathematics and terminology, applying numerical analysis to drive business decisions.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Showcase the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Distribution Sales Model: Possess a basic understanding of channel distribution sales models, optimizing sales strategies to drive growth.
