Project Manager - Enterprise Solutions

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Project Manager to lead our enterprise software implementation and deployment projects. As a seasoned project delivery manager, you will oversee the successful execution of complex projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Champion innovative methodologies, drive state-of-the-art technology solutions, and provide strategic direction for project delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead globally distributed and matrixed teams, take end-to-end ownership of critical issues, and manage project resources effectively.
  • Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients, understand their needs, and lead functional workshops to define solution blueprints.
  • Project Management: Lead project activities, ensure efficient task prioritization, risk management, and accurate effort estimation.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Design and document high-quality solutions, conduct gap analysis, and ensure technical solutions meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, and implementing large-scale enterprise software solutions.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), and software development lifecycle. Proven track record in leading project teams, managing customers, and working with internal stakeholders.
