Senior Vice President Airport Community System

Lead the Next-Generation technology stack for ACS, establishing and managing the enterprise architecture framework. Drive IT governance, team leadership, project and change management, integration, performance monitoring, and resource planning across Pakistan's PSW ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategy for the Next-Generation technology stack, focusing on data management and governance.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Office to design and implement ACS, creating a structured project plan.
  • Establish and manage the enterprise architecture framework across business, data, application, technology, infrastructure, and security domains.
  • Create and enforce technology standards, best practices, and quality assurance mechanisms to ensure system reliability and compliance.
  • Oversee architectural solutions from project inception to go-live, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Other key responsibilities include identifying, hiring, and managing a team of technologists, mentoring and coaching IT personnel, and reviewing and improving the change request mechanism.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or Software Development.
  • At least 14 years of progressively responsible technology leadership experience, including 7 years at an executive level in a similar organization.
  • Prior experience as a Senior Technologist in a multinational company or large-scale public/private sector enterprise preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading major ICT transformation programs.
  • Strong ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships.
  • Expertise in solution architecture, including Kubernetes, JSON, APIs, Microservices, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Professional IT certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with web system architecture, design, and development; complex project management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
