Job Title: IT Manager

Are you a highly skilled and organized professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have experience in managing IT systems, planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating IT and electronic data operations?

We are seeking a seasoned IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Security: Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
  • System Audit: Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Budgeting: Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Software Development: Develop and analyze systems that are to be used by employees and managers.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the purchase of software and hardware systems, planning proper budgets and quotations, and providing training and necessary assistance for employees involved in the implementation and maintenance of software systems.

To be successful in this role, you should have expertise in planning and maintaining enterprise hardware and software, proficiency in working with office applications, ERP software, communications systems, etc., and good project management skills with attention to qualitative and quantitative aspects.

In addition to these technical skills, you should be able to accept challenges, tackle difficult situations, and meet expected goals. You should also be focused on best practices and models used in the industry to meet employee expectations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation, as well as expertise in data center management and data governance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: BS Computer Science/MIS/Software Engineering or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages, operating systems, database management systems, and software development methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
