Job Title: Pipeline Integrity and Land Acquisition Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Pipeline Integrity and Land Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the application of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques on our pipeline network. You will also manage land acquisition requirements for various projects related to transmission pipeline and compression stations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Organize NDT services through third-party service providers to obtain impartial and independent assessments of pipeline condition.
* Ensure that service providers apply NDT in accordance with international standards, well-designed procedures, and trained and certified inspectors. Review service provider reports and assessment data.
* Apply NDT testing techniques to monitor pipeline integrity and reliability, detecting defects and irregularities before they result in severe damage or non-compliance.
* Review third-party welding tenders, including bills of quantities and technical details, providing technical inputs in tender documents.
* Check method statements and standard operating procedures for project monitoring and control purposes. Seek approval from the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSE & QA) department.
* Monitor plans to execute third-party inspection and construction activities. Supervise activities related to non-destructive testing. Implement and oversee quality assurance measures for NDT processes.
* Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards in all NDT deliverables. Conduct comprehensive assessments of critical infrastructure using NDT techniques. Provide insights into structural integrity and reliability of components within the natural gas transmission system.
* Monitor or witness pipeline project activities, including excavation, pigging, commissioning, and handing over to the Transmission department. Prepare pre-qualification tenders for inspection, NDT testing, and other jobs, including welding and radiography.
* Develop and execute strategic plans for land acquisition, ensuring alignment with overall objectives and regulatory requirements. Oversee planning of land utilization for natural gas infrastructure projects, optimizing space for pipelines, compressor stations, and other facilities.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements and conduct due diligence in land transactions, mitigating risks and ensuring the integrity of land-related activities. Collaborate with relevant departments to effectively allocate resources for land-related activities. Manage budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Requirements:
* Engineering graduate from a recognized university with at least 6 years of experience. A Master's degree is preferred. PEC registration is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of NDT techniques and applications. Experience in managing land acquisition requirements for pipeline projects. Familiarity with international standards and regulations related to pipeline safety and integrity.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
