Sales and Business Development Lead

We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Lead to drive sales activities within the Southern Region of Interior Balochistan.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives and Officers, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture these markets.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Officers to achieve their sales targets.
    • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to the sales team.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably from the Paints or Lubricants Industry.
  • Strong resilience and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
