Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to oversee the planning, implementation and management of our networking infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for analyzing and implementing Network ACLs and RBAC, as well as preparing proposals for the delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Management: Plan, analyze and implement Networking ACLs and RBAC to ensure secure and efficient network operations.
  • Service Delivery: Prepare proposals for the delivery of services, including IT strategy and remote services to various outlets.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Manage day-to-day running of company communication network and IT facilities, providing management-level support for applications.
  • Help Desk Support: Formulate policies for resolution of help desk requests and managing IT support.
  • Remote Maintenance: Perform remote maintenance of hardware, servers, network and desktop infrastructure.
Requirements

Candidates should possess excellent leadership skills, vision, and ability to build and manage teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective communication with staff at all levels within the organization.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with ERP software implementation and network infrastructure support. They should understand project management phases, deliverables, and timelines, and be able to design and implement SOPs.
