Your role will involve high-touch engagement with clients, driving value realization, and ensuring client health and experience. You will identify growth opportunities and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver timely resolutions to client escalations.
To excel in this position, you must have proficiency in English and Spanish, prior customer-facing experience, and a proven track record of successfully managing a book of business.
The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex sales situations, build strong relationships with clients, and consistently meet or exceed performance metrics.
