We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to support our IT team.

This role involves managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and acting as a liaison between clients and developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational aspects of ongoing projects ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, from initial requirement gathering to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Support team meetings, sprint planning, and reviews, promoting effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress using tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings, providing updates, clarifying requirements, and managing expectations.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and blockers, escalating them where necessary with mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and requirement documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or assistant project management role in an IT environment.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Experience handling client-facing roles and understanding client needs.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master).
  • Experience working in software development, web design, or digital agency settings.
  • Familiarity with tech stacks and IT terminologies.
