
Sales Enablement Specialist

This mid-senior level position involves managing and supporting sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing technical roles and be able to articulate the features and benefits of Sangfor solutions and products.
Key responsibilities include performing product demonstrations and presentations, developing technical presentation materials, and providing reporting and feedback to Sales, Product Management, and Engineering.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for enabling channel partners in the defined territory through regular product and solution updates, customized workshops, and other tasks to support pre-sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT-related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role; experience in a local renowned IT networking distributor or SI is a plus. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Proven customer-facing skills with the technical credibility to engage with technical leaders.
- Experience in at least one of the following: Cyber Security, ICT Solutions, Virtualization, Data Center, IP Network, Network Infrastructure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team player with strong drive, interpersonal skills, and professional communication with partners, customers, and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, MCSE are advantageous.
