Global Treasury Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Treasury and Finance Expert to lead our financial operations and optimize cash management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing best-in-class treasury systems, managing daily transactions, and ensuring compliance with US accounting standards.

The role focuses on collaborating with Sales and Operations teams to forecast accounts receivable collections, managing day-to-day treasury operations, and executing cash flow strategies to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.

Treasury & Cash Management Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cash flow forecasts and execute optimization strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day treasury operations including wires, internal transfers, and transaction documentation.
  • Develop and implement effective cash flow management processes to minimize costs and maximize returns.

Treasury Operations & Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of treasury-related reports and metrics.
  • Track and reconcile all financial transactions related to treasury, debt, and investments.

Debt & Capital Management Responsibilities:

  • Oversee company debt structure, including planning, servicing, and compliance.
  • Assist with capital raising strategies, including debt and equity financing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in US GAAP, with overall 7+ years in accounting/finance.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and treasury operations.
  • Proven ability to manage liquidity, debt, and intercompany cash flows.

Additional Requirements:

  • Professional Certification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is mandatory.
  • Experience in private equity or SaaS environment is a plus.
