We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Services Consultant. This position requires exceptional communication skills and experience in managing inbound calls for North American clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level-1 support duties, including creating tickets in the ticketing system and following a well-defined step-by-step process. They will act as the first line of communication with clients, focusing intently on customer satisfaction and relationship management.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong technical investigation and follow-up skills, and experience with standard business environment software. They will also be trained in using support management tools like Service Cloud, Service Now, TeamSupport, Infor, Jira, and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact with clients
  • Create tickets in the ticketing system for efficient issue resolution
  • Resolve user knowledge-caused issues and other configuration, troubleshooting, and software installation issues
  • Monitor incidents, prioritize, and respond accordingly
  • Troubleshoot tickets for level 1 support
  • Provide customer-facing support via email and phone
  • Continuously gather product knowledge to enhance support experience and share with the team
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction through timely response and resolution
