Supply Chain Operations Manager

Faisalabad, Pakistan | A leading health and wellness brand seeks a results-driven Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee and improve supply chain operations, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure efficient procurement, production, and delivery processes.

Job Description

The role involves performing cost estimations for materials, equipment, and production processes, overseeing procurement activities, and monitoring production equipment efficiency. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production schedules and timely deliveries, resolving customer and supplier issues related to product specifications, and continuously reviewing and enhancing supply chain systems, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cost estimation for materials, equipment, and production processes.
  • Oversee procurement activities and monitor production equipment efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production schedules and timely deliveries.
  • Lead efforts to resolve customer and supplier issues related to product specifications.
  • Continuously review and enhance supply chain systems, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in supply chain planning, forecasting, and coordination.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and procurement of raw materials and equipment.
  • Competency in managing logistics, delivery schedules, and inventory control.
  • Experience in handling returns and managing reverse logistics processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
